Claims (1)
- 固有音響インピーダンスが２．０〜１０．０×
１０６Kg／m2・Ｓの高分子系圧電膜１の両面に膜
状電極２，３を設けると共に曲面状として高分子
系圧電素子４を形成し、この圧電素子４の凹状面
側に、厚さが圧電素子４の約1/2で、電圧素子４
の固有音響インピーダンス以下の固有音響インピ
ーダンスの保護層５を設けると共に、圧電素子４
の凸状面側に、圧電素子４の固有音響インピーダ
ンスと同程度の固有音響インピーダンスの吸音材
６を設けてなる超音波探触子。
