Claims (1)
- プラステイツク材料をもつて製せられた絶縁基
板１の裏面に、長手方向と交差する方向に伸びた
切除用溝２を付され、積層されたクロム層３及び
金属４を前記絶縁基板１の表面に併列して蒸着さ
れ、一方のクロム層３及び金属４の先端部に、酵
素固定化膜５を形成されて成るグルコースバイオ
センサ。
