Claims (1)
- 柔軟性材に高分子圧電素子を凸状に添着し、こ
の高分子圧電素子の外側電極に音響整合層を設け
ると共に、高分子圧電素子の外、内側電極間に高
周波電圧を所定時間毎に印加して音響整合層の超
音波放射面から超音波を放射し、被検体部位で反
射した超音波を当該高分子圧電素子で受信し得る
ように構成した超音波探触子。
