Claims (1)
- 多数の超音波振動子をバツキング材上に配列し
た振動子群と、該振動子群の放射面の側に設けら
れた音響レンズとを具備する超音波探触子におい
て、前記音響レンズがシリコン樹脂で形成された
ものであり、該レンズの表面に音響インピーダン
スが１．４〜１．７×１０６Kg／m2・ｓｅｃのエ
チレン酢酸ビニル樹脂による被膜を形成したこと
を特徴とする超音波探触子。
