Claims (1)
- 円板形状の整合層と、この整合層の外径より小
さい円板形状で整合層の裏面側中心部に接着され
る共振子と、前記整合層の外径と同寸法径の円筒
形状で前記共振子を覆い被せるようにして整合層
の裏面側に設けられる金属円筒管とで構成され、
共振子の負電極と金属円筒管と電気的に接続した
超音波振動子を接着剤およびセンサクツシヨンを
介してセンサケースに収納した超音波スイツチに
おいて、前記整合層の外周側面を前記接着剤の上
面位置にて発泡性シリコンスポンジで覆い、さら
にこの発泡性シリコンスポンジの表面位置にシリ
コン膜処理が施されていることを特徴とする超音
波スイツチ。
