Claims (1)
- 高分子圧電膜の両面に電極膜を設けこれ等の電
極膜の一部からリード線を引き出すと共にこれ等
の電極膜の全体を覆うように保護膜を設けた高分
子圧電体において、前記保護膜として１，２、或
いは３弗化エチレン樹脂を用い、この保護膜の周
縁部を溶融して接合したことを特徴とする高分子
圧電体。
