Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、幼児用のおむつ、１−レーニングパンツ、失
禁者用あるいは成人用の使い捨て衣料、特にパンツ型の
使い捨ておむつに関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、テープファスナーを具備する使い捨ておむつ（フ
ラット型おむつ）は、着用者が寝位の状態で、着用し易
く、あるいは着用させ易いようになされたものであるが
、特に歩行し始めた動きの激しい幼児の場合、きちんと
着用させることが困難で、ウェスト部やレッグ部に隙間
を生じ、漏れ防止用としてギヤザ一部を設けたものであ
ってもその機能を発揮さ七ることができず、ウェス１一
部、レッグ部における漏れを充分に防止することができ
なかった。また、止着用のターゲットテープをウェス１
フラップ部に設け、テープファスナーの石１り的してき
らんと着用させることを可能にしたおむつも提案されて
いるか、このようなおむつにおいても、着用している間
に、テープファスナーが外れたり、あるいは圧迫感から
自らテープファスナーを外すなどして、漏れを引き起こ
すことがあった。
これに対し、近年、テープファスナーを用いることなく
、予めり°イド部を接合固定した、いわゆるパンツ型お
むつか開発され、このようなパンツ型おむつとしで、例
えば、ウェスト部とレッグ部にギヤザ一部を設けたもの
（特開昭５８−１１５１０６号公報）、レッグホールを
中心線より前側へ偏位させることによりレンゲ部におけ
る隙間や緩みをなくして吸収性能を向上させたもの（特
開昭６２−２３１００５号公報）等、種々のものが提案
されている。これらのパンツ型おむつは、全て通常の下
着と同様に立位で着用し、幼児は勿論のこと高月齢児の
トイレットトレ−ニングて、あるいは失禁者用、成人用
として使用することを意図したものである。
「発明が解決しようとする課ａ） しかしながら、特開昭５８−１１５１０６号公報、特開
昭６２−２３１００５号公報に記載のパンツ型おむつは
、立位で着用させるため股間を広げることができないた
め、部位で開脚状態にして着用させるフラット型のよう
に股下部における吸収体の幅及び股下部の両側部におけ
るギヤザー用の弾性部材の間隔（以下、「ギヤザーピッ
チ」と称す）を漏れに即して充分に広くとることができ
ず、排尿、排便部位からおむつのレッグ部の側縁までの
距離が短くなって、横漏れが生じ易く、況して、吸収体
に殆ど吸収されない便に至っては漏れを一層起こし易い
という課題があった。
従って、本発明目的は、レッグ部における横漏れを確実
に防止することができるパンツ型おむつの使い捨ておむ
つを提供することにある。
〔課題を解決するだめの手段〕
本発明者らは、パンツ型おむつの使い捨ておむつにおけ
る股間部の形態について種々検討した結果、吸収体の股
間部の形態に特定の工夫を凝らすことにより一Ｊ二記目
的を達成し得ることを知見した。
本発明は、上記知見に基づいてなされたもので、液透過
性トンプシ一トと、液不透過性バックシートと、これら
両シート間に位置する吸収体と、吸収体の周囲に形成さ
れた前後のウェスト部及び左右のレッグ部それぞれにギ
ヤザーを形成する弾性伸縮部材とを有し、且つ前後のウ
ェスト部が左右両端でそれぞれ接合固定されたパンツ型
の使い捨ておむつにおいて、上記吸収体の両レッグ部近
傍に該レッグ部に沿って第１、第２折り線をそれぞれ内
側から外側へ順次一対ずつ設けると共に、上記吸収体の
左右両側部を、第１折り線を介してそれぞれ内側へ折り
込んで接合固定し且つ第２折り線を介して外側へ折り返
して両レッグ部間にポケン１一部を設けたことを特徴と
する使い捨ておむつを提供するものである。
〔作用〕
本発明によれば、ウェスト部及びレッグ部のギヤザーが
伸縮して容易に着用することができ、着用している間に
おいてはウェスト部及びレッグ部のギヤザーが腰部及び
鼠跋部に密着して排泄物の横漏れを防止すると共に、股
間部のポケット部で排泄物を捕捉することができる。
〔実施例〕
以下、第１図〜第７図に示す実施例に基づいて本発明を
説明する。尚、各図中、第１図は本発明の使い捨ておむ
つの一実施例を示す斜視図、第２図は第１図に示す使い
捨ておむつを展開した状態を示す表面側の平面図、第３
図は第２図のＩｌｌ−ＩＩｌ線断面を拡大して示す断面
図、第４図は第２図のＩＶ−ＩＶ線断面を拡大して示す
断面図、第５図は第２図のＶ−Ｖ線断面を拡大して示す
断面図、第６図は第２図に示す使い捨ておむつの股下部
の折り返し部を更に展開した状態の中間品を示す平面図
、第７図は本発明の使い捨ておむつの他の実施例を示す
正面図である。
本実施例の使い捨ておむつは、第１図、第２図に示す如
く、液透過性トップシート２と、液不透過性ハックシー
ト３と、これら両シート２．３間に位置する吸収体４と
、吸収体４の周囲に形成された前後のウェスト部５．５
及び左右のレッグ部６．６にそれぞれギヤザーを形成す
る弾性伸縮部材７．８とを有し、且つ前後のウェスト部
５．５の左右両端がそれぞれ接着剤、超音波溶着、熱溶
着等により接合固定されてパンツ型のおむつとし−ζ構
成されている。
本使い捨ておむつ１は、前後のウェスト部５．５両端が
接合固定される前においては、第２図〜第５図に示す如
く、股間部が前後のウェスト部５．５よりも狭く、中央
が括れた砂時計状に形成されている。股間部における吸
収体４は、その両レンゲ部６．６近傍でトップシート２
、バックシート３と共に内側に折り込まれて接合固定さ
れ且つ外側へ折り返されて、その断面が第３図に示す如
く、扁平なΩ形状に形成され、折り込まれた吸収体４の
接合部の内側縁９．９が上述の如く接着、固定されて股
間部にポケット部１０が形成され且つ折り返し端縁で傾
斜フラップ部が形成されている。
上記ポケット部１０は、深さが股間部から前後のウェス
ト部５．５の双方へ向かって漸次浅く形成され、前後の
ウェスト部５．５近傍では平坦面として形成されている
（第４図、第５図参照）。
上記ポケット部１０が形成される前段階では、液透過性
トップシート２と、液不透過性ハックシート３と、これ
ら両シート２．３間に位置する吸収体４と、吸収体４の
周囲に形成された前後のウェスト部５．５及び左右のレ
ッグ部６．６にそれぞれギヤザーを形成する弾性伸縮部
材７．８は、全体として略平坦面に形成され中間品で、
該中間品には、第６図に示す如く、吸収体４のレッグ部
近傍に第１折り線１１．１１及び第２折り線１２．１２
が内側から外側へ向けて順次一対ずつ前後方向に形成さ
れている。該中間品は、レッグ部６．６における吸収体
４が第１折り線１１．１１を介してその両側縁が内側へ
折り込まれて接合固定され且つ第１折り線１１．１１の
外側に形成された左右一対の第２折り線１２．１２を介
して外側へ折り返されて上記ポケット部１ｏが形成され
る。
而して、上記吸収体４は、ポケット部１０における幅！
が３０ｍｍ＜／２＜　１５０ｍｍ、最も広い幅、即ちウ
ェスト部５．５における幅■、が５０ｍｍ＜Ｌ＜　２０
０　ｍｍで、且つ前者と後者との差Ｌ−ｆｆｉが２０ｍ
ｍ＜Ｌ−ｊ２＜　１００ｍｍであることが好ましく、幅
ｌが５０ｍｍ＜ｆｆ＜　１００ｍｍ、幅りが９０ｍｍ＜
ｌ。
＜１８０ｍｍで、且つ差Ｌ　−ｎが２０ｍｍ＜Ｌ−１＜
８０ｍｍであることがより好ましい。幅りが５０ｍｍ以
下では排泄部位からおむつ外縁までの距離が短く、仮に
ポケット部１０を設けたとしても漏れ易くなる。また、
差Ｌ−４が２０胴以下では吸収体４を折り返すことがで
きなくなる。
本実施例の使い捨ておむつ１に用いられる１−ツブシー
ト２は、液体を吸収体４へ透過させる液透過性シートで
肌着に近い感触を有したものが好ましく、このような液
透過性シートとしては、例えば、織布、不織布、多孔性
フィルム等が好ましい。
また、トップシート２のレッグ部６．６の周縁にシリコ
ン系油剤、パラフィンワックス等の疎水性化合物を塗布
する方法や、予めアルキルリン酸エステルのような親水
性化合物を塗布し、周縁を温水で洗浄する方法により、
撥水処理を施し、レッグ部６．６周縁における尿等の滲
みによる漏れを防止することができる。
また、本実施例の使い捨ておむつ１に用いられるバック
シート３は、液体を透過させない液不透過性で蒸気を透
過させる透湿性のある液不透過性シートが好ましく、肌
着に近い感触を有したものがより好ましい。このような
液不透過性シートとしては、例えば、フィルムと織布と
の複合材あるいはフィルムと不織布との複合材等が好ま
しい。
本実施例の使い捨ておむつ１は、上記構成を有するため
、使い捨ておむつ１を着用する際には、ウェスト部５．
５及びレッグ部６．６のギヤザーが伸びて容易に着用す
ることができ、また、着用中にあっては、股間部のポケ
ット部１０で排泄物を確実に捕捉することができ、しか
も吸収体４の折り返し部の傾斜フラップ部が鼠践部に密
着してギヤザーの機能と相俟って排泄物の横漏れを確実
に防止することができる。また、トップシート２のレッ
グ部６．６の周縁に撥水処理を施した使い捨ておむつ１
は、レッグ部６．６周縁における尿等の滲のがなく、尿
等の漏れを確実に防止することができる。
また、第７図は、本発明の他の実施例を示す図で、本実
施例の使い捨゛ζおむつ１は、前後のウェスト部５．５
両端における接合固定部に沿って伸縮弾性部材１３．１
３を取り付けて伸縮性を付与した以外は全て上記実施例
と同様に構成されている。尚、伸縮弾性部材１３は、ト
ップシート２とバンクシート３との間に介装されている
。本実施例によれば、伸縮弾性部材１３．１３が腰囲り
における体形変化に追随して伸縮して、安定した着用感
が得られる。
次に、本発明の使い捨ておむつを具体的な発明品を用い
て下記の漏れ試験を行い、漏れ防止効果を観た。
〔試験例〕
１ 下記使い捨ておむつ（発明品）を用いて下記漏れ試験を
行った。
試験例１ 本試験では、下記材料を用いて吸収体４の幅りが１５０
＋ｎｍ、ポケット部１０の幅が７０ｍｍの第１図に示す
発明品１を作製した。
次いで、本発明品１を用いて下記漏れ試験を行い、その
結果を下記第１表に示した。
・　トップシート２ ポリプロピレンからなる目（寸１８ｇ／ｎ（のスパンポ
ンド不織布 ・ハックシート３ 一軸延伸ポリエチレンフィルム （目イ寸１８ｇ／ビ） ・吸収体４ パルプと高吸収体ポリマーとの複合体 漏れ試験 本試験は、発明品をヘビーモデル２０に装着して横部状
態にした後、下記人工軟便及び人工尿を、排出部２１か
らの排出速度が３ｇ／秒になるよう２ にデユープ２２．２３から供給し、漏れを生しるまでの
吸収体４による漏れの防止効果を観る試験である。尚、
本試験で用いたベビーモデル２０の股間幅は６０ｍｍで
あった 天下軟便；カルボキシエチルセルロースによって粘度１
０ｃ、ｐ、に調整されたベ ントナイト３ｗｔ％の懸濁液 人工尿　二律即用食塩水 試験例２ 本試験では、ハックシート３として透湿性ポリエチレン
フィルム（目イ寸４０　ｇ／ｉｆ）とポリプロピレンス
パンボンド（日付１２ｇ／ｒｄ）との複合材を用いた以
外は、発明品１と同様の材料を用いて、吸収体４の幅■
７が１００　＋ｎｍ、ポケット部１０の幅が５０　＋ｎ
＋ｎの第１図に示す発明品２を作製し、次いて、本発明
品２を用いて」二記漏れ試験を行い、その結果を下記第
１表に示した。
試験例３ 本試験では、発明品１のレッグ部６．６の周縁にパラフ
ィンワツクス（食品用）によって撥水性を付与して発明
品３を作製し、本発明品３を用いて試験例１と同様の試
験を行い、その結果を下記第１表に示した。
試験例４ 本試験では、ウェスト部５．５の両端の接合固定部に沿
って伸縮弾性を発泡ポリウレタン１３によって付与した
以外は全て発明品１と同様にして第７図に示す発明品４
を作製し、本発明品４を用いて試験例１と同様の試験を
行い、その結果を下記第１表に示した。
比較試験例１ 本試験では、発明品１と同一の材料を用いて、吸収体４
の幅りが１５０＋＋＋ｍで股間部が平坦でポケット部の
ない比較品１を作製し、本比較品１を用いて試験例１と
同様の試験を行い、その結果を下記第１表に示した。
漏れ試験の評価 下記第１表に示した結果によれば、本島１〜４は、比較
晶１と比較していずれも人工軟便、人工尿の吸収量、捕
捉量が多く、防漏性に優れ”Ｃいることが判る。
に隙間が生じていた。
尚、本発明は、上記実施例に同等制限されるものではな
く、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない限り全て本発明に包含さ
れる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の使い捨ておむつは、レッグ部のギヤザーが鼠跋
部に密着して排泄物の横漏れを確実に防止すると共に股
間部のポケット部で排泄物を確実にｈ１１提することが
できるパンツ型おむつである。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）液透過性トップシートと、液不透過性バックシー
    トと、これら両シート間に位置する吸収体と、吸収体の
    周囲に形成された前後のウエスト部及び左右のレッグ部
    それぞれにギャザーを形成する弾性伸縮部材とを有し、
    且つ前後のウエスト部が左右両端でそれぞれ接合固定さ
    れたパンツ型の使い捨ておむつにおいて、上記吸収体の
    両レッグ部近傍に該レッグ部に沿って第１、第２折り線
    をそれぞれ内側から外側へ順次一対ずつ設けると共に、
    上記吸収体の左右両側部を、第１折り線を介してそれぞ
    れ内側へ折り込んで接合固定し且つ第２折り線を介して
    外側へ折り返して両レッグ部間にポケット部を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする使い捨ておむつ。
  2. （２）上記トップシートのレッグ部の周縁に撥水性を付
    与したことを特徴とする請求項（１）記載の使い捨てお
    むつ。
  3. （３）上記バックシートの外面を繊維で被覆したことを
    特徴とする請求項（１）または（２）記載の使い捨てお
    むつ。
  4. （４）上記ウエスト部の接合固定に沿って弾性伸縮性を
    付与したことを特徴とする請求項（１）ないし（３）の
    いずれか一つに記載の使い捨ておむつ。
