Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、パッケージから解舒される糸に対して、加熱
−熱固定−解撚を連続して行う糸の仮撚方法に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
この種の糸の仮撚方法においては、糸を加熱する仮撚機
にどのタイプのものを使用するかが重要である。出願人
は先に、構成が簡単で高い撚り数が得られ、糸掛は作業
も容易な新規な仮撚機として、゛所定張力下で走行する
糸を被巻回体に巻回し、被巻回体下流側の糸と被巻回体
上流側の糸を接触状態で交差させて糸に撚りを入れる仮
撚機（以下、交差仮撚機と言う）を提案した。この交差
仮撚機を第５図に基づいて説明する。糸Ｙの走行方向に
対して傾斜角θで配置された被巻回体である回転筒体１
１に糸Ｙを巻回し、下流側の糸Ｙ２と上流側の糸Ｙ１を
接触状態で交差させ、下流側の糸Ｙ２で上流側の糸Ｙｌ
を撚るものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）パッケージから解舒され所定張力下で走行する糸
    を被巻回体に巻回し、被巻回体下流側の糸と被巻回体上
    流側の糸を接触状態で交差させて糸に撚りを入れる糸の
    仮撚方法において、解舒方向に起因する撚り方向と前記
    被巻回体上流の撚り方向とを逆方向にすることを特徴と
    する糸の仮撚方法。
