Claims (1)
- パツケージと、このパツケージの主面にブロツ
クを介して間接的に固定された発光素子と、この
発光素子から発せられる光をモニターする受光素
子とを備え、前記受光素子は、前記パツケージの
主面に形成された台座と溝とにより構成される連
続傾斜面上にマウントされていることを特徴とす
る光半導体素子用パツケージ。
