Ｄチツプ装着溝、７はキヤツプリング、８は窓ガ
ラス、９は封着剤、１０，１０ａはＬＤチツプ１
より放射される主ビーム、１１はＰＤチツプ４の
表面よりの反射ビームを示す。なお、図中、同一
符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

- 光半導体素子のチツプをサブマウントを介して
放熱用金属ブロツクに接着する光半導体素子用サ
ブマウントとにおいて、光半導体素子のチツプを
接着する箇所に段差を設けた事を特徴とする光半
導体素子用サブマウント。
