Claims (1)
- アイレツトとリードをガラス部材を用いて気密
封着するとともに、アイレツト上に半導体レーザ
ーチツプを搭載するヒートシンクを備えた気密ガ
ラス端子において、上記ヒートシンク表面に、半
導体レーザーチツプまたは該チツプを搭載したサ
ブマウントを嵌入して、該半導体レーザーチツプ
またはサブマウントの外周面のＸ，Ｙ，Ｚ方向の
位置決め用の各基準面の少なくとも一部を当接さ
せる、その内周面の少なくとも一部が、上記半導
体レーザーチツプまたは該チツプを搭載したサブ
マウントのＸ，Ｙ，Ｚ方向の位置決め用の各基準
面を当接させるＸ，Ｙ，Ｚ方向の位置決め用の各
基準面を構成する窪部を設けたことを特徴とする
半導体レーザーチツプ用気密ガラス端子。
