Claims (1)
- 基板上に塗抹した試料を封止して標本を作成す
る標本封入装置において、該基板に流動性の合成
樹脂を供給する樹脂供給部と、搬送ローラ及び加
圧ローラから成り、これらローラが基板の両面を
挟持して回転することにより前記合成樹脂表面の
平滑化を行う平滑化機構と、前記搬送ローラとの
間で透明な無端ベルトが掛けられる剥離ローラを
含み、表面が平滑化された基板を合成樹脂の粘着
力により無端ベルトに付着して搬送する搬送機構
と、該透明な無端ベルトを介して搬送される基板
上の合成樹脂に紫外線を照射して硬化を行なう樹
脂硬化手段とを備えることを特徴とする標本封入
装置。
