第１図はこの考案の複板式クラツチの好適実施
例を示す部分断面図、第２図は潤滑油穴の形成に
よつて改善した放熱性能を示す性能図、第３図は
摩擦板の板厚を温度分布に応じて決定した例を示
す図、第４図は温度分布に応じて決定した摩擦板
の熱容量性能を示す性能図、第５図は摩擦係数と
発熱量との関係を説明するための性能図、第６図
は熱容量と放熱性能との関係を示す図、第７図は
第１図の−線断面図、第８図は摩擦板の板厚
を増し、内部に冷却空洞を形成した例を示すす部
分断面図、第９図は従来の多板式クラツチを示す
部分断面図、第１０図は従来の摩擦板の温度分布
を示す図である。 図中、１は一方の回転軸、２は他方の回転軸、
５は第１の摩擦板、９は第２の摩擦板である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同軸上に位置された２つの回転軸の一方を他方
    の軸心上に収容し、他方の回転軸の収容面にスプ
    ライン嵌合した複数の摩擦板を、一方の回転軸に
    スプライン嵌合した他の複数の摩擦板に対して互
    い違いに配列し、これら摩擦板列のうち中央側の
    摩擦板の板厚を厚肉としたことを特徴とする複板
    式クラツチ。
