Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 生コンクリートに使用する砂の冷却装置は下記
    の構成を備えている。 (a) 冷水が供給されるケーシング１と、ケーシ
    ング内に配設されたスクリユーコベア２と、スク
    リユーコンベア２で移送された砂をケーシング外
    に排出する排出手段３とを備えている。 (b) スクリユーコンベアは、螺旋状の移送線４
    と、この移送線４を回転させるモーター５とを備
    えている。 (c) スクリユーコンベアの移送線４は、砂の供
    給位置から排出手段３に向かつて延長して配設さ
    れており、これが回転されることによつて、ケー
    シング１に供給された砂を撹拌しながら排出手段
    ３に向けて移送するように構成されている。 (d) 排出手段３は、回転部材６と、ホツパー７
    とを備えている。 (e) 回転部材６は、垂直面内で回転自在に取り
    付けられている。 (f) ホツパー７は、回転部材６の外周に固定さ
    れている。 (g) ホツパー７の底は無数の通水孔が設けられ
    ている。 (h) 回転部材６が回転されることによつて、外
    周に固定されたホツパー７がケーシング底部の砂
    をすくい取り、ケーシングの外部に運搬して排出
    するように構成されている。
