    た積層フイルム、 カバーテープが塩化ビニリデン樹脂塗工の２軸
    延伸ポリエステルフイルム又は２軸延伸ナイロン
    フイルム、ポリエチレン樹脂フイルム及び熱融着
    材フイルムの順に積層した積層フイルム、 としたことを特徴とする電子部品包装体。 ２ カバーテープの積層フイルムの表面が少なく
