図である。 各図中の符号の意味は以下の通り：１：テープ、２：１
のアルミニウム箔、３：１のポリ塩化ビニルフイルム、
４：１のポケット、５：１のパーフオレーション、６：
１用の蓋フィルム、７：６のベースフィルム（ポリエス
テル）、８：６のアイオノマーライナー、９：１のポリ
エチレンフイルム、Ｔ：微小電子部品。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）規則的に凹設された多数の物品収納用ポ−ケット
    の列と、該列に平行して穿設されたパーフオレーション
    とを備えるテープにおいて、該テープが熱可塑性プラス
    チックフイルムと金属箔との積層物から作られているこ
    とを特徴とする電子部品包装用テープ。
  2. （２）テープが、外層のプラスチックフイルムと内層の
    金属箔とからなる二層ラミネートから構成されている登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載のテープ
  3. （３）テープが、内層のプラスチックフィルムと中層の
    金属箔と外層のプラスチックフイルムとからなる三層ラ
    ミネートから構成されている登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のテープ。
