通過する磁束との関係を示すグラフである。第6
図は電磁石ベースの全下面が被加工物に吸着され
たときの磁束の状態を示す図である。第7図は電
磁石ベースの前部が被加工物から浮上したときの
磁束の状態を示す図である。第8図は本考案の他
の実施例の側面図である。第9図は同実施例で電
磁石ベースの全下面が被加工物に吸着されたとき
の磁束の状態を示す図である。第10図は同実施
例で電磁石ベースの前部が被加工物から浮上した

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気ドリルを下向きに備えたドリル装置を
    被加工物上に吸着するための電磁石を有する電磁
    石ベースを備えた電磁石ベース付ドリル装置にお
    いて、 前記電磁石ベースに配置されたホール素子と、
    前記ホール素子より出力されるホール電圧を所定
    電圧と比較する比較手段と、 前記比較手段の出力に応じて、前記ドリルモー
    タを停止する安全回路とを具備したことを特徴と
    する電磁石ベース付ドリル装置。 (2) 電気ドリルを下向きに備えたドリル装置、
    電気ドリルを昇降動させる送りモータ、及び当該
    ドリル装置を被加工物上に吸着するための電磁石
    を有する電磁石ベースを備えた電磁石ベース付ド
    リル装置において、 前記電磁石ベースに配置されたホール素子と、
    前記ホール素子より出力されるホール電圧を所定
    電圧と比較する比較手段と、 前記比較手段の出力に応じて、前記ドリルモー
    タ及び送りモータの通電を停止する安全回路とを
    具備したことを特徴とする電磁石ベース付ドリル
    装置。 (3) 前記ホール素子は、電磁石ベースが被加工
    物を吸着した場合において、電磁石より発生する
    磁束が該ホール素子を通過するように、前記電磁
    石ベースに配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1
    または2記載の電磁石ベース付ドリル装置。 (4) 前記ホール素子は、電磁石ベースが被加工
    物を吸着した場合において、電磁石より発生する
    磁束が該ホール素子を通過しないように、前記電
    磁石ベースに配置されたことを特徴とする請求項
    1または2記載の電磁石ベース付ドリル装置。
