Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空容器内に、コンベアベルトをドライブロー
    ラとドリブンローラとの間に所定の張力の作用下
    で巻回させて配設してなる真空ベルト乾燥機に於
    いて、 前記ドライブローラまたはドリブンローラの近
    傍に、コンベアベルトの両端縁と所定の間隔を置
    いて対向配置されたコンベアベルトの蛇行検出用
    の２個のセンサーと、傾動用エアシリンダを備え
    たテンシヨンローラ及びこのテンシヨンローラの
    前後に配置されたガイドローラよりなるコンベア
    ベルトの蛇行修正手段とを配設したことを特徴と
    する真空ベルト乾燥機に於けるコンベアベルトの
    蛇行防止装置。
