Claims (1)
- 少なくとも二個のガイドローラ間に張架された
無端帯状の画像移送ベルトに印刷ステーシヨンを
対向配置した画像形成装置において、少なくとも
一方の前記ガイドローラを前記画像移送ベルトの
張架方向に回動自在に支持して位置決め保持する
ローラ回動手段を設け、前記画像移送ベルトの一
縁部に形成された指標を検知して前記画像移送ベ
ルトの転動位置を特定する転動検知センサを設け
、前記画像移送ベルトの前記ガイドローラの軸心
方向での変動量を検出する変動検出センサを設け
、前記転動検知センサの検知タイミングに従つて
読取つた前記変動検出センサの検出値に基づいて
前記ローラ回動手段を駆動するベルト位置補正手
段を設けたことを特徴とする画像形成装置。
