Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空容器内に、コンベアベルトをドライブロー
ラとドリブンローラとの間に所定の張力の作用下
で巻回させて配設してなる真空ベルト乾燥機に於
いて、 前記ドライブローラ及びドリブンローラの近傍
に、コンベアベルトの両端縁と所定の間隔を置い
て対向配置されたコンベアベルトの蛇行検出用の
２個のセンサと、傾動用エアシリンダを備えたテ
ンシヨンローラ及びこのテンシヨンローラの前後
に配置されたガイドローラよりなるコンベアベル
トの蛇行修正手段とをそれぞれ配設し、かつ、ド
ライブローラ側に配設された蛇行修正手段の傾動
用エアシリンダとドリブンローラ側に配設された
蛇行修正手段の傾動用エアシリンダをコンベアベ
ルトを挟んで対角配置したことを特徴とする真空
ベルト乾燥機に於けるコンベアベルトの蛇行防止
装置。
