Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔従来分野〕 本発明は、分離・研削ディスクを駆動するための手持ち
装置に関し、特に、ハウジングと、ハウジングに解除可
能に結合され、かつディスクの一部を包囲する防護カバ
ーとを具え、防護カバーか、解除可能な結合手段として
、ハウジングと協働するスリーブ形状の付加部分を有す
る手持ち装置に係るものである。
〔従来技術〕
上述した構成を有する手持ち装置は、ディスクを部分的
に包囲する防護カバーを有するため、作業者が負傷する
事故の危険性が減少すると共に、加工くずの制御されな
い放出が阻止される。なお、手持ち装置の用途に応じて
、ディスクの様々な部分が防護カバーから露出する。
このような理由から、防護カバーを解除可能にハウジン
グに結合し、防護カバーは解除状態で７１ウジングに対
して回動可能とすることは既知である。ハウジングに対
して適正な使用を可能とするよう調整した防護カバーを
締結するため、例えば、ドイツ連邦共和国登録実用新案
第１８０４２２０号明細書に記載された防護カバーはス
リーブ形状の付加部分を具え、この付加部分は直径を調
整可能として、ハウジングにおける対応部分と協働させ
る。
付加部分の直径の調整は、工具で操作可能な調整ねしに
より行う。
防護カバーの位置によっては、例えば、工具の届かない
遮蔽された箇所に調整ねじか配置されることもある。こ
の場合、防護カバーを十分に締結することは不可能であ
る。
〔発明の開示〕 したがって、本発明の課題は、ハウジングに対して任意
の位置においても特別な工具を要せず゛に十分な締結を
行うことのできる防護カバーを具える前述した形式の手
持ち装置を提案することにある。
−この課題を解決するため、本発明による手持ち装置は
、前述した形式のものにおいて、ハウジングに、防護カ
バーにおけるスリーブ形状の付加部分を受けるための受
け部材を設け、この受け部材の直径を調整可能としたこ
とを特徴とするものである。
上述の構成によれば、手持ち装置の７１ウジングに直径
を調整可能とした受け部材を設けることにより、ハウジ
ングに調整装置を配置することも可能となる。この場合
、調整装置は、防護カバーの位置とは無関係に常に一定
の位置を占める。その結果、防護カバーがいかなる位置
にあっても作業者による接近の可能性は損なわれない。
受け部材はスリットが形成されたスリーブとして形成し
、このスリーブの円周方向端部を、受け部材の直径を調
整すべく相対的に接近・離間移動可能とするのが有利で
ある。このようなスリットをスリーブに形成することに
より、スリーブ形状の付加部分を有する防護カバーは、
任意のいかなる回転位置においても何ら支障なく確実に
締結することが可能となる。
工具の使用を回避するために、スリットが形成されたス
リーブの円周方向端部は、偏心レバーの操作によって相
対的に移動可能とするのが有利である。このような偏心
レバーは、例えば、スリットが形成されたスリーブの円
周方向端部で曲げ加工を施して形成され、かつ偏心レバ
ーの軸受が設けられたフラップと協働させる構成とする
ことができる。
〔発明を実施するための最良の形態〕
以下、本発明を図示実施例につき一層具体的に説明する
。第１図は、本発明の好適な実施例による手持ち装置を
防護カバーの分離状態で示す斜視図である。この手持ち
装置は、ハウジングｌと、ハウジング１に結合したグリ
ップ２とを具えるものとする。グリップ２とは反対側の
ノ１ウジングｌの端部において、図示しない研削ディス
クを固定するスピンドル３をハウジング１から突出させ
る。
ディスクを部分的に包囲する防護カバー４には、同カバ
ーをハウジングｌに解除可能に結合するため、スリーブ
形状を呈する付加部分４ａを設ける。
ハウジング１には、スピンドル３を包囲し、かつ防護カ
バー４の付加部分４ａを受けるための受け部材を配置し
、この受け部材はその直径を調整し得るものとする。受
け部材はスリットを設けたスリーブ５として形成し、ス
リーブ５の円周方向端部５ａ、　５ｂは受け部材の直径
を調整すべく相対的に接近・離間移動可能とする。円周
方向端部５ａ、　５ｂには、半径方向外側に向けて曲げ
加工を施す。スリーブ５は、その全周の一部のみに亘っ
てハウジングｌと結合するため、円周方向端部５ａ、　
５ｂを収縮移動させることにより、スリーブの直径を調
整することが可能である。スリーブ５の内径は、防護カ
バー４の付加部分４ａの外径と一致させる。曲げ加工を
施した円周方向端部５ａ、　５ｂには、ピン６を貫通さ
せる。ピン６により解除レバー７を回転可能に支承する
。解除レバー７には、円周方向端部５ａ、　５ｂと結合
した２本のビン８を設ける。
解除レバー７を矢印Ａ方向に９０°だけ旋回させると、
ビン８は円周方向端部５ａ、　５ｂで乗上げ斜面５ｃ、
　５ｄの領域に達する。その際に、スリーブ５自体の弾
性により、または円周方向端部５ａ、　５ｂの間に配置
したばね素子９の弾性によりスリーブ５が拡開する。ス
リーブ５か拡開して直径が増加すると、防護カバー４の
付加部分４ａの締結が解除されるため、防護カバー４は
任意の位置まで回動させることが可能となる。次に、解
除レバー７を図示しない旋回位置まで再び旋回させる。
その際、ビン８は乗上げ斜面５ｃ、　５ｄ上に乗上げて
円周方向端部５ａ、　５ｂを締結する。そのため、防護
カバー４は再びハウジング１に対して堅固に結合される
。
スリーブ５の円周方向端部５ａ、　５ｂは、解除レバー
７および乗上げ斜面５ｃ、　５ｄの代わりに、偏心レバ
ーによって締結する構成としても良い。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、分離・研削ディスクを駆動するための手持ち装置で
    あって、ハウジング（１）と、ハウジング（１）に解除
    可能に結合され、かつディスクの一部を包囲する防護カ
    バー（４）とを具え、防護カバー（４）が、解除可能な
    結合手段として、ハウジング（１）と協働するスリーブ
    形状の付加部分（４ａ）を有するものにおいて、ハウジ
    ング（１）に、防護カバー（４）におけるスリーブ形状
    の付加部分（４ａ）を受けるための受け部材（５）を設
    け、この受け部材（５）の直径を調整可能としたことを
    特徴とする手持ち装置。 ２、請求項１記載の手持ち装置において、前記受け部材
    をスリットが形成されたスリーブ（５）として形成し、
    該スリーブの円周方向端部（５ａ、５ｂ）は、受け部材
    の直径を調整すべく相対的に接近・離間移動可能とした
    ことを特徴とする手持ち装置。 ３、請求項２記載の手持ち装置において、スリットが形
    成されたスリーブ（５）の円周方向端部（５ａ、５ｂ）
    の前記相対移動を許容する偏心レバーを設けたことを特
    徴とする手持ち装置。
