- 高温炉内に取りつけた回転数の制御可能な多段
の試料台、試料を処理する気体を試料に均一に吹
き付けるための孔および試料台の上部、下部およ
び側壁面に取り付けた温度の制御可能な発熱体に
より構成される電気炉。
