- 高温超伝導体アニーリング炉内部に設置される
密閉可能な内槽であり、この内槽が吸湿性をもた
ない耐熱性の材料から形成されており、前記アニ
ーリング炉外部から導かれた酸素を前記内槽内部
に供給する酸素供給口を有し、且つ又上部に酸素
排出口を有することを特徴とする高温超伝導体ア
ニーリング炉用内槽。
