Claims (1)
- 試験片を収納する試験槽と、同試験槽の側壁外
周に配設され試験槽を加熱する加熱手段とを備え
た材料試験装置において、上記試験槽内に配設さ
れ内部に雰囲気流体が通りかつ上記試験槽からの
流体排出用連通手段が挿通される予熱室と、一端
が上記予熱室に他端が上記試験槽にそれぞれ開口
する雰囲気流体供給手段と、一端が上記試験槽に
他端が排気系へ連通する流体排出用連通手段とを
具備した事を特徴とする材料試験装置。
