- 内部に処理室を備えた三重壁構造からなる炉体
を有し、この炉体の各炉壁間のうち、外方側に低
温用発熱部が設けられ、内方側に高温用発熱部が
設けられており、さらに処理室にはガス供給手段
に連結されたガス導入口と、ガス排出口とが設け
られていることを特徴とするセラミツクの製造装
置。
