- 半導体ウエハを保持したウエハボートを搭載し
、拡散炉のプロセスチユーブに対してその開口端
より出し入れ操作するための治具であつて、先端
にウエハボードを搭載するフオークに対し、その
ロツド部の軸上にプロセスチユーブの開口端面を
閉塞する蓋をスライド可能に装着したことを特徴
とする半導体ウエハの熱処理用治具。
