Claims (1)
- ボンデイングのための金メツキ等のメツキを施
した導電パターンを表面に有するプリント基板に
おいて、上記プリント基板自体が積層構造を有す
る多層基板により構成されており、該プリント基
板の積層の間に、上記導電パターン上面にメツキ
を施す際に通電を行なうための一端が外部に延び
ているメツキ引出し線が配設されていると共に、
上記プリント基板表面の導電パターンの領域内に
、該導電パターンに対して電気的に接続され且つ
上記メツキ引出し線が配設されている積層の間に
達するスルーホールが設けられていて、上記メツ
キ引出し線が、該スルーホールを介して前記導電
パターンに電気的に接続されていることを特徴と
する、プリント基板。
