Ｗを切り出す単板積層板（ＬＶＢ）の生産過程の
側面図、第６図は従来の木製Ｉ型複合梁の一部切
欠縦断面図、第７図も同じく一部切欠側面図であ
る。 １……方形単板、２……芯板、３ａ，３ｂ……
側板、Ｆ……フランジ、Ｗ……ウエブ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 繊維方向を第１の中間製品の長手方向にしてそ
    の両木口を対照的なスカーフ斜面に切削した方形
    単板を階段状のずらし重ねのスカーフジヨイント
    に仕組んでエンドレス状に積層接着して成る第１
    の中間製品として生産した単板積層材（ＬＶＬ）
    、該第１の中間製品の単板積層材（ＬＶＬ）から
    繊維方向を最終製品の長手方向にして切り出した
    フランジＦと、繊維方向を第２の中間製品の幅方
    向にしてその両端面を平行に切断した方形単板を
    １層以上に亘つて連続状のバツトジヨイントに仕
    組んだ側板と繊維方向を第２の中間製品の長手方
    向にしてその両木口を平行に切断した方形単板を
    ２層以上に亘つて階段状のずらし重ねのバツトジ
    ヨイントに仕組んだ芯板とを一体にエンドレス状
    に積層接着して成るクロスバンド入りの第２の中
    間製品として生産した単板積層板（ＬＶＢ）、該
    第２の中間製品の単板積層板（ＬＶＢ）から前記
    側板の繊維方向を最終製品の高さ方向にして切り
    出したウエブＷとを構成部材としてＩ型の木製ビ
    ームに嵌合接着して成ることを特徴とする木製Ｉ
    型複合梁。
