- ケーシング内のターボ機構の作動によつてケー
シング開口端部のフランジに連接された被排気側
を排気する分子ポンプにおいて、前記フランジを
ケーシングに対して一体の固定フランジと、この
固定フランジに対して回転可能に設置された回転
フランジとによつて構成したことを特徴とするタ
ーボ分子ポンプ。
