Claims (1)
- 吸気口と排気口と同排気口に設けたエゼクタ給
気口とを有するハウジングと、同ハウジング内に
ベアリングにより支持された回転軸と、同回転軸
に設けたロータ部と上記ハウジングのステータ部
とにねじ溝を形成したねじ溝型真空ポンプ部と、
上記エゼクタ給気口に接続したノズルと混合管と
により構成したエゼクタとを具えていることを特
徴とした真空ポンプ。
