- ケーシング１に回転自在に設けられ、ロータ３
を有するモータ軸４を備えたモータ軸構造におい
て、前記モータ軸４の外周に形成されたセラミツ
ク皮膜部５を有し、前記セラミツク皮膜部５によ
り被駆動体１０を接触駆動できるように構成した
ことを特徴とするモータ軸構造。
