Claims (1)
- ヘツド本体に主軸を回転自在に支持し、主軸に
対し軸受を介して回転子を回転自在に支持すると
共に、回転子に対向させて固定子をヘツド本体に
設ける一方、前記回転子に一体的に太陽歯車を設
け、前記主軸と一体的にキヤリヤを設けて、この
キヤリヤに、前記太陽歯車に噛み合う遊星歯車を
支持し、更に遊星歯車に噛み合う内歯車を前記ヘ
ツド本体に固定的に設けたことを特徴とする加工
ヘツド。
