Claims (1)
- 多段の翼をもつ回転体をケーシング内に複数の
軸受介して回転可能に支持した真空ポンプにおい
て、該軸受の少くとも一つを気体軸受で構成し、
該気体軸受への給気流路をケーシングに設け、且
つ該給気流路を給気、パージ兼用流路としたこと
を特徴とする真空ポンプ。
