Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フロントシエルとリヤシエルとによつて形成さ
    れた空間内に対して進退自在に配設され、前記リ
    ヤシエルを気密にかつ摺動自在に貫通するバルブ
    ボデイと、このバルブボデイに連結されるととも
    に、前記空間内を負圧が導入される定圧室と作動
    時大気圧の空気が導入される変圧室とに区画する
    パワーピストンと、前記バルブボデイ内に進退自
    在に配設された入力軸と、前記バルブボデイ内に
    設けられ、前記入力軸によつて作動されて前記変
    圧室を大気または前記定圧室に選択的に連通させ
    るべく切り換え制御する制御弁とを備えた負圧倍
    力装置において、 前記制御弁と前記定圧室とを連通する真空通路
    に、前記バルブボデイの成形型により溝が形成さ
    れていることを特徴とする負圧倍力装置。
