Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は電子写真式プリンタに関し、特に感光体ドラム
への露光に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、この種の電子写真式プリンタの感光体への露光に
は、大量のＬＥＤやＬＣＤを並べるか、レーザーを使う
などとなっていた。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来のプリンタはプリンタヘッド部に、ＬＥＤ
やＬＣＤを大量に並べるか、レーザー光をポリゴンスキ
ャナで偏向するとなっているので、かなり精密な技術が
要求され装置も大型化しなおかつ高価格になるという欠
点がある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の電子写真式プリンタは光フアイバケーブルによ
るプリンタヘッドとそれを可動させるベルトを有してい
る。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図は本発明の一実施例の横断面図である。
プリンタヘッド３は、数本の光ファイバーケーブル４か
ら構成されている。プリンタヘッド３は、ベルト５で左
右に可動させる。
数本の光ファイバーケーブル４は、帯状にしアレイ７へ
とつなぐ発光素子６を発光させることによりプリンタヘ
ッド部の光ファイバーケーブルの先端が光り感光体ドラ
ム１を露光する。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように、本発明は、光ファイバーケーブル
の本数と同じ個数の発光素子にすることにより、小型低
価格化できる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 　感光体ドラムに露光し、像形成する電子写真式プリン
    タにおいて、１画素に対し１つの発光素子を有し、前記
    発光素子の光を伝達する光ファイバーケーブルと、前記
    光ファイバーケーブルを束ねアレイ状につないだ物をプ
    リンタヘッドとして有し、前記プリンタヘッドを左右に
    動かす手段により感光体ドラムを露光することを特徴と
    する電子写真式シリアルプリンタ
