- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 拡大された先端部に半導体チツプがダイボンデ
イングされた第一のリードフレームと、先端部が
該半導体チツプの上面にワイヤボンデイングされ
る第二のリードフレームとを含むモールド型ホト
ダイオードにおいて、 第一のリードフレームと第二のリードフレーム
との間に、該第一のリードフレームの先端部を包
囲するように形成された導電性材料からなるアー
スガードが配設されていることを特徴とするモー
ルド型ホトダイオード。
