Claims (1)
- 小型ブラウン管の前面のフエースパネルを開孔
部から出入させると共にこのフエースパネルを収
容する真空タンクと、この真空タンク内に配設さ
れ前記フエースパネルを保持するパネル保持手段
と、前記フエースパネルに金属薄膜を蒸着させる
蒸着源と、前記真空タンクの開孔部を密閉する密
閉板と、前記真空タンスに接続されこの真空タン
ク内を真空状態に吸引する真空ポンプとを備えた
ことを特徴とする小型ブラウン管の蒸着装置。
