Claims (1)
- 管の内部空間に真空状態を形成可能とするとと
もに該真空状態を保持する管の真空シール装置に
おいて、管壁に設けた貫通孔に固定され、螺合部
と弁座部を備える弁箱と、弁箱の螺合部に螺合さ
れ、弁箱の弁座部に密着可能とされるシール部を
備えるとともに、上記シール部が弁座部から離隔
する状態下で管の内外を連通する連通孔を備える
弁体とからなることを特徴とする管の真空シール
装置。
