Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高燃焼状態・低燃焼状態・停止状態の三位置で
    燃焼制御を行うボイラー１を複数台設置し、これ
    らのボイラーに共通のスチームヘツダー２を設け
    、このヘツダーの内圧を圧力検出器３により電気
    信号に変えて取出し、その信号により、負荷量に
    応じて必要台数分のボイラーを燃焼・停止させる
    台数制御器４を設けた構成において、 前記スチームヘツダー内の蒸気圧力の上昇・下
    降を判別する圧力勾配判別部５を設けるとともに
    、蒸気圧力下降時、低燃焼状態のボイラーがある
    場合はそのボイラーを高燃焼状態に移行させ、低
    燃焼状態のボイラーがない場合は新たなボイラー
    を低燃焼状態に移行させ、蒸気圧力上昇時、高燃
    焼状態のボイラーがある場合はそのボイラーを低
    燃焼状態に移行させ、高燃焼状態のボイラーがな
    い場合は低燃焼状態のボイラーを停止させるよう
    にボイラーの燃焼・停止順序を定めた制御部６を
    設けたことを特徴とする三位置制御式ボイラー自
    動台数制御装置。
