Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定の機械的駆動系に連結された圧電素子を充
    放電することにより圧電素子に寸法歪を発生させ
    前記機械的駆動系の駆動力を得るようにした圧電
    素子の駆動装置であつて、 前記圧電素子に接続されたコイルと、 所定の充電期間中に送出される複数の駆動パル
    スに応じて開閉し、前記コイルと圧電素子との直
    列回路に断続的に所定の励振電圧を印加する第１
    のスイツチ手段と、 前記圧電素子に蓄積された電荷を所定の放電期
    間中放電させる第２のスイツチ手段と、 充電期間内における第１のスイツチ手段の開状
    態時に前記コイルと圧電素子と共に充電用閉回路
    を形成するダイオードとを備えたことを特徴とす
    る圧電素子の駆動装置。
