Claims (1)
- 一導電型半導体領域に逆導電型のエミツタ層と
コレクタ層とが間隔をおいて設けられることによ
り形成される横型バイポーラトランジスタを含む
半導体装置において、前記エミツタ層とコレクタ
層との間の前記一導電型半導体領域上に絶縁膜を
設け、該絶縁膜上にゲート電極を設けたことを特
徴とする半導体装置。
