Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吸着層内または吸着層の一側面側に互いに電気
的に分離されて配設される少なくとも一対の導電
体を有し、この一対の導電体間に印加される直流
電圧またはそれと等価な電圧による静電的吸引力
により前記吸着層の他側面側に位置される被吸着
物を吸着保持する静電吸着装置において、 前記一対の導電体のうち少なくとも一方の導電
体における所定箇所間にその導電体を発熱させる
ための直流電圧またはそれと等価な電圧を印加す
る ことを特徴とする静電吸着装置。
