Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 交流電圧印加用の電極が少なくとも２個埋
    設せられる誘電体にバイアス電圧印加用の裸出電
    極を設け、誘電体の電極不存在部分にて少なくと
    も誘電体の一面に接面し誘電体の両側に張り出す
    張出部を有する保持部材を備え、上記誘電体の他
    面側から上記保持部材の張出部に固定部材を取り
    つけることにより上記誘電体を挾持することとし
    た放電装置。 (2) 固定部材は、裸出電極側における誘電体の
    表面からの突出量が上記誘電体の他面と被帯電部
    材表面との間の設定間隔に等しいことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の放電装
    置。
