つけることにより上記誘電体を挾持することとし
た放電装置。 (2) 固定部材は、裸出電極側における誘電体の
表面からの突出量が上記誘電体の他面と被帯電部
材表面との間の設定間隔に等しいことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の放電装
