Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 誘電体の一面に形成した励起電極を絶縁体に
より被覆して形成した放電素子を設け、前記誘電
体を挟んで前記励起電極に対向する位置に放電電
極を配設し、前記放電電極と前記励起電極との間
に交流電源を接続し、前記励起電極と前記放電電
極との間で放電させる放電装置において、前記放
電電極の表面に凹凸を形成したことを特徴とする
放電装置。 ２ 誘電体の一面に形成した励起電極を絶縁体に
より被覆して形成した放電素子を設け、前記誘電
体を挟んで前記励起電極に対向する位置に放電電
極を配設し、前記放電電極と前記励起電極との間
に交流電源を接続し、前記励起電極と前記放電電
極との間で放電させる放電装置において、前記放
電電極を低抗体で被覆したことを特徴とする放電
装置。
