    線状放電電極を設け、その基板の内部に面状誘導
    電極を埋設して、前記線状放電電極と前記面状誘
    導電極とを誘電体層を介して対向せしめた沿面コ
    ロナ放電素子において、前記基板の裏面に抵抗体
    を貼着したことを特徴とする沿面コロナ放電素子
    。 ２ 前記抵抗体が、正の温度特性を有する抵抗で
    あることを特徴とする請求項１記載の沿面コロナ
    放電素子。
