ンオキサイド）で形成されていることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の透明発
熱フイルム。 ３ 前記透明フイルム基材２の表面には外部電極
１４，１５のリード線取出部３が設けられており
、前記透明導電膜６とスルーホール５を介して接
続されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項に記載の透明発熱フイルム。
