Claims (1)
- 吸着層と絶縁層との間に高圧電源に接続した電
極を介装し、吸着層に静電的吸引力を誘電するよ
うにした静電吸着板を備えてなる静電保持装置に
おいて、静電吸着板の電極と高圧電源との間に吸
着層の静電的吸引力が減退しない程度の高抵抗を
並列に接続した回路構成を設けたことを特徴とす
る静電保持装置。
