Description
第１ａ図は、実施例で用いた本考案のメタルマ
スクのスクリーン部分の上視図である。第１ｂ図
は、第１ａ図に示したメタルマスクの同スクリー
ン部分付近の側面図である。第１ｃ図は、第１ａ
図および第１ｂ図に示した本考案のメタルマスク
を用いて、回路基板に半田ペーストを印刷する状
態を断面図で示した概略説明図である。第１ｄ図
は、第１ｃ図に示した印刷によつて半田ペースト
が基板上の電極ランドに印刷された状態を断面図
で示した概略説明図である。第２ａ図は従来のメ
タルマスクのスクリーン部分の上視図である。第
２ｂ図は、第２ａ図に示したメタルマスクの同ス
クリーン部分付近の側面図である。第２ｃ図は、
第２ａ図および第２ｂ図に示した従来のメタルマ
スクを用いて、回路基板に半田ペーストを印刷す
る状態を断面図で示した概略説明図である。第２
ｄ図は、第２ｃ図に示した印刷によつて半田ペー
ストが基板上の電極ランドに印刷された状態を断
面図で示した概略説明図である。第３図は、実施
例で用いた、各メタルマスクのパターンに対応す
る電極ランドを持つ回路基板の下視図である。
