を用いて、回路基板に半田ペーストを印刷する状
態を断面図で示した概略説明図である。第1d図
は、第1c図に示した印刷によつて半田ペースト
が基板上の電極ランドに印刷された状態を断面図
で示した概略説明図である。第2a図は従来のメ
タルマスクのスクリーン部分の上視図である。第
2b図は、第2a図に示したメタルマスクの同ス
クリーン部分付近の側面図である。第2c図は、
第2a図および第2b図に示した従来のメタルマ
スクを用いて、回路基板に半田ペーストを印刷す
る状態を断面図で示した概略説明図である。第2

ストが基板上の電極ランドに印刷された状態を断
面図で示した概略説明図である。第3図は、実施
