Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ウエハを所定の精密送り可能な載物用テー
ブルに搬入出する装置において、テーブルの回転
駆動用モータによつて回転するプーリ上面に設け
られた複数の部分的傾斜突出部と、この突出部に
関連して垂直に上下動するリングと、このリング
に下端を接触し、かつテーブルを垂直に貫通する
複数本のピンとから構成されるウエハ受渡し機構
。 (2) 請求項第１項において、プーリ上面の傾斜
突出部の上にその下端を接し、かつテーブルを垂
直に貫通する複数本のピンから構成されるウエハ
受渡し機構。
